Handmade in USA from plastic shelved materials. We strive for excellence in manufacturing and craftsmanship. To keep our product economically priced, we buy and use bulk materials. Our metal catalyst quality is primarily 316 surgical steel; however, we have found lesser quality steel amongst some mass ordering. Because of this, if at anytime you find any indication of rust or pitting on or around the catalyst in your unit; please discontinue use, email us (help@protectedtoothbrush.com) an image of fault immediately, and, request a replace unit free of charge with your shipping information. We do not have manufacturing control of shelved manufacturing supplies we purchase from vendors; and our checks and balancing does not always reveal defective parts.
